How are shipping charges calculated?
In the US, shipping is a flat rate of $4.90 for Priority Mail for orders under $50. For orders over $50, shipping is free. In Canada & Mexico, shipping is $12.35 for Priority Mail for up to 2 patterns, plus $1.00 for each additional pattern. Everywhere else, shipping is $15.25 for Priority Mail for up to 2 patterns, plus $3.00 for each additional pattern. I will never charge more for shipping than what the post office actually charges me. If the shopping cart calculates shipping higher than my cost, the difference will be refunded to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 6 PM (EST) should ship the next business day. One example of an exception would be if a certain product is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will give you the option of cancelling that item, substituting another item, or holding the entire order until all items are available.

What are the shipping options?
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Express services are not currently available.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we can ship anywhere.

What is your privacy policy?
Old Time Patterns will never share or sell your information to anybody. Period. How's that for privacy?
