Help/FAQ

How are shipping charges calculated?
In the US, shipping is $4.75 for Priority Mail for orders under $50. For orders over $50, shipping is free. In Canada & Mexico, shipping is $10.40 for Priority Mail. Everywhere else, shipping is $12.25 for Priority Mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 6 PM (EST) should ship the next business day. One example of an exception would be if a certain product is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will give you the option of cancelling that item, substituting another item, or holding the entire order until all items are available.

What are the shipping options?
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Express services are not currently available.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we can ship anywhere.

What is your privacy policy?
Old Time Patterns will never share or sell your information to anybody. Period. How's that for privacy?
