1920s Ladies' Dress Sewing Pattern by Past Patterns
This is a Peerless Pattern sold through newspapers and magazines. Peerless Patterns were manufactured by the Peerless Newspaper Syndicate, New York. The other Syndicated House Name Patterns were: Fashion World, The Housewife, Ladies' World, Modern Priscilla, The Mother's Magazine, Woman's World, and Toilettes.Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Dress, Having Long Sleeves or Short Length, and with Four Gored Skirt." It has written instructions.
Suggested fabrics: Dresses were made of silk georgette crepe, silk charmeuse, and voile. The colors were pearl gray, flesh, navy blue, black, taupe, orchid, Copenhagen blue, and reseda green.
